I am a Creative. I am constantly compelled to create. Taking an idea and turning it into something to satisfy the eyes, satisfies my soul. 

I am an Advertiser. I creatively identify ways to better reach audiences to advance promotional needs and bolden strategies. 

I am a People Person. I value relationships, collaboration, and differing perspectives that challenge my own ideas and work. I’m not afraid to bring my ideas to any table – no matter what shape, size, or who occupies its chairs. 

I am a Writer. I have too many ideas, passions, and questions held up in my brain. And what good are they there? The best (and occasional worst) ideas are meant to be shared. 

I am a Fighter. I stand by and for people who have systems working against them. I hope to have a small hand in creating a more equitable society for ALL people.

I am Keara. I’ve worked in a national nonprofit organization, large corporation, and small-for-profit company. I’ve worked with people of all ages and egos. I’ve worked in situations backed solely by passion and others by deadlines.
