Social Current’s human services compensation reports are invaluable tools for helping community-based organizations be strong, competitive, and high-performing.
The focus of the report alternates every year, including a biannual trend report. Both reports are behind a paywall. The compensation report is around 100 pages, the trend report is around 70 pages.

This toolkit was created to help organization’s recruit, include, and engage people from all generations. These resources were developed through the Second Acts initiative – a cohort of 10 organizations that worked to engage and leverage older adult talent.
Policy Brief
The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities’ education policy briefs are meant to lift up the values-based innovations and thought leadership from the social sector, and to identify the policy recommendations that can help to spread and scale these solutions in communities across our country.
